รายละเอียดงาน
- Conduct site investigations, prepare for machine installations, and execute installations, repairs, modifications, software upgrades, and general servicing, including preventive maintenance, in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner.
- Provide comprehensive training to key operators, ensuring the correct and efficient use of digital printing machines.
- Complete detailed and accurate service reports after each job, providing necessary feedback and ensuring all information is recorded correctly and on time.
- Escalate unresolved issues according to predefined escalation procedures to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital printing equipment, troubleshooting methods, and repair processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age: 22 - 30 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in the digital printing industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and the ability to use it for work-related travel.
