Build and maintain relationships with diverse customer groups, including project managers, contractors, and design professionals.
Coordinate sales efforts across multiple channels, such as direct sales to large projects, social media marketing, and online sales platforms.
Create and manage content for marketing campaigns to promote products effectively and reach target audiences.
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new market trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and training for successful execution.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in building materials or interior design.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Experience managing digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Knowledge of home improvement trends and customer preferences.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
