Responsibilities include assisting the production line with in-line defect handling, replacing materials for defect confirmation and re-evaluation, organizing and labeling the daily returnable material status, tracking 24-hour repair and first-pass yield rates with daily follow-ups, and assisting maintenance engineers and team leaders in finalizing defect clearance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Assist the production line with in-line defect handling.
  2. Replace materials for defect confirmation and re-evaluation.
  3. Organize and label the status of materials to be returned daily.
  4. Track 24-hour repair and first-pass yield rate indicators, ensuring daily updates.
  5. Assist maintenance engineers and team leaders in completing defect clearance.
  6. Maintain and organize the 5S environment on site.
  7. Strictly follow employee guidelines and company policies, and follow supervisor’s assignments.
  8. Proficiency in Chinese or English.
  9. Associate’s degree or higher in electronics, computer science, or related fields; experience preferred.
