Responsibilities include operating the X-RAY machine, performing equipment inspections and maintenance, addressing and analyzing SMT process issues, managing the inventory and maintenance of stencils, squeegees, and fixtures, creating and updating SOPs as per process engineer requirements, providing skills training for SMT operators, assisting process engineers with the validation and introduction of SMT materials, conducting and managing reflow oven temperature testing, and overseeing program creation, sampling, documentation, and maintenance for programming equipment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Operate the X-RAY machine; perform equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Address and analyze SMT process issues for improvement.
- Manage the inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance of stencils, squeegees, and fixtures.
- Create and update SOPs as required by the process engineer, and provide skills training for SMT operators.
- Assist process engineers with validation and introduction of SMT materials.
- Propose process improvement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
- Conduct, document, and manage reflow oven temperature testing.
- Create programming, conduct sampling, document the programming process, and manage/maintain programming equipment.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English.
- Associate’s degree or higher in electronics, computer science, or related fields; experience preferred.
