Responsibilities include inspecting and confirming the operational status and utilization rate of all SMT inline equipment, promptly handling equipment, process, and production issues, managing model changes on the production line, recording and reporting equipment issues during new product trial runs, controlling the machine's material throw rate with regular inspections, improving placement quality on the production line, and ensuring confirmation through signatures for equipment inspections. This role also involves updating and verifying printing and oven temperature parameters.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Inspect and confirm the operational status and utilization rate of all SMT inline equipment.
  2. Promptly handle equipment, process, and production issues during manufacturing. Manage model changes on the production line.
  3. Record and report equipment issues during new product trial runs.
  4. Control the machine’s material throw rate with regular inspections and improve placement quality on the production line.
  5. Confirm and sign off on equipment inspections.
  6. Perform daily oven temperature testing and print results.
  7. Update and confirm printing and oven temperature parameters.
  8. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on production equipment and update equipment history records to monitor operational status.
  9. Provide skills training and supervision for production line operators, ensuring proper work techniques.
  10. Assist equipment engineers (assistant equipment engineers) with daily tasks.
  11. Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
  12. Proficiency in Chinese or English.
  13. Associate’s degree or higher in electronics, computer science, or related fields; experience preferred.
