- Develop detailed designs, technical drawings, and plans for civil work projects, including structures, roads, foundations, and other infrastructure.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to optimize designs and construction methods.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring they meet technical specifications and project plans.
- Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve issues that arise during construction.
Project Management:
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and project progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating with the project management team.
- Ensure effective utilization of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to
- ensure the standard of civil works.
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety and building regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks in civil work projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and permits.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
