• Coordinate and response for the audit by Head Quarter and clients requests
• Prepare documents for quality management
• Communicate with audit companies in English
• Manage to meet quality standards
• Identify the causes of defects and develop improvement measures
• Set quality goals and develop plans to achieve them
• Evaluate quality and provide guidance on improvements as necessary
• Installing and acquire IATF16949
• Manage subordinates to improve production quality efficiency
• Other tasks might be assigned by Japanese Manager

Workplace Area: Amata city Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 30-45 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years’ experience as a QC/QA at any Japanese manufacturing company
- At least 5 years’ experience of managing subordinates (around 10 people)
- Experience of internal audit of IATF 16949
- Experience of installing IATF 16949
- Conversational middle level of English (Internal and external communication)
- Good in leadership and people management skills are preferable.
- Basic to conversational-low level of Japanese is preferable.
