รายละเอียดงาน
1.Coordinates and monitors day to day plant operations activities; including review of daily plant operations for quality, capacity, yield, and cost efficiency.
2.Ensure stable of the production process to achieve department goals and KPI.
3.Makes adjustment to short term and long-term plans to ensure plant meets production plan as needed.
4.Coordinates the development of the operating discipline for the plant.
5.Assumes ownership of various aspects of the plant.
6.Troubleshoots and resolves opportunities with plant equipment and final product quality issues.
7.Coordinates safe and efficient plant shutdowns and start-ups for maintenance turnarounds.
8.Proactively uses knowledge and experience to identify problems, develop relevant facts, formulate alternative solutions, decide on appropriate conclusions, and implement corrective actions.
9.Uses ingenuity and applies knowledge to recommend changes which could result in improved productivity, safety, and environmental performance.
10.Serves as short term backup to the Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
11.Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum high Diploma Degree or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in a supervisory level.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Plant control system, preferably DCS.
- SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience.
- Experience in a petrochemical or chemical manufacturing will be advantage.
- Experience in developing procedures and training.
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures, processing equipment and plant utilities, or equivalent experience at a petrochemical plant or chemical plant.
