- Ensure effective employee and community communication.
- Provide guidance to GJTH management and support on employee relations.
- Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders, government authorities. These include Thai labor department, immigration, social security, skill development center and local
municipality.
- Provide employee support services and counseling.
- Maintain high standard of employee’s welfare, wellness health, working conditions, amenities such as canteen, restroom, medical assistance , education, recreation facilities
- Ensure effective on boarding and exit processes.
- Training & Development Co-ordination.
- Compliance with Thai Labor Standards.
- Company CSR activities co-ordination.
- Oversee general affairs and administrative functions.
- Key member of GJTH Management team.
- GJTH HR representative for Fiskars SC HR group.
Key areas of Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing
- Overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, placement, transfer, promotion, redundancy etc.,
- Ensuring the onboarding and exit processes are smooth and effective.
Employee Relation
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding all HR related issues.
- Mediate any conflicts and ensure the company grievances procedure are handled in a fair and consistent manner
Training and Development
- Identify and coordinate training and development programs.
- Evaluate and follow up the effectiveness of training programs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee salary and benefits administration.
- Ensure compensation practices are competitive and compliance with legal standards.
- Manage employee and benefit program such as health insurance, Provident fund and Co-operative etc.,
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law (TLS 8001-2020 ) and Thai employment regulations and Fiskars company policies.
- Ensure employee documentation and records are maintained and in line with relevant compliance.
- Coordinate and facilitate external third party compliance audit i.e. RJC (Responsible Jewellery
Council) accreditation and Thai Labor Standard ( TLS )
HR Leadership
- Chairperson of TEAM committee (Social Welfare committee).
- Chairperson of Thai Labor standard committee.
- Management representative of Thai Labor Standard 8001-2020.
- Key member of GJTH Management Team.
Performance Management
- Coordinate annual employee performance review process.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys and follow -up action.
- Monitor employee attendance and absence performance.
HR Strategy and Planning
- Ensure HR strategy is in line and support the company strategy.
- Benchmark GJTH remuneration against Local key employers.
- Ensure GJTH HR strategy is consistent with Group Strategy
