As a Data Manager at Turbo, you will be the central force in driving innovation through strategic data utilization across all areas of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence departments, ensuring that data practices not only align with but actively propel our company's goals and industry standards. Job Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams. - Develop and implement comprehensive data utilization strategies across all company departments, ensuring optimal leverage of data for business growth and innovation. - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all data sets. - Collaborate with various departments to understand their data analysis needs and integrate these needs into the overall data strategy. - Oversee the design and deployment of big data platforms and business intelligence tools, ensuring they align with the company's data utilization strategies. - Champion innovation in data collection, analysis, and visualization techniques to drive business insights and decision-making. - Ensure compliance with data governance and data protection regulations. - Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in data management, analytics, and utilization. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 - 8 years of proven experience in a data management role, with a strong background in data strategy and policy development. At least 3 years of experience in management level.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing organization-wide data strategies.
Excellent understanding of data administration, management functions, and strategic data utilization.
Familiarity with modern database, information system technologies, and data visualization tools.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
