รายละเอียดงานThe Sales Coordination & Support is responsible for assisting the Management team in day-to-day tasks. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills include following:
1.Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices, and handle order management from initiation to delivery.
2.Assist in the organizing of promotional events or digital campaigns.
3.Prepare and deliver promotional plans or requirement presentations to sales team.
4.Assistant sales manager to track and follow up sales team in terms of performance and individual KPI.
5.Support sales manager for selling matter.
6.Coordinate between sales team and other departments
7.Make a monthly or weekly reports of each sales store to the manager.
8.Taking care of customers in the company's event.
9.Other tasks as assigned.
