รายละเอียดงาน•Provide assistance to staff/customer/agent who would like to view units
•Provide information for rental inquiry regarding the property availability
•Assist customers rental customers request, complaints or any other issue regarding to the rental units.
•Set-up or arranging meetings/appointments with customers or agency and coordinate to the department involve.
•Conducting meeting and training to each staff under the rental department.
•Monitoring staff performances and assist them as needed.
•Organize and manage customer check-in and cheek-out
•Monitor rental payments with Rental officer
•Coordinate with Online Dept. regarding online rental campaign that will be use online
•Coordinate with Management regarding rental prices or discounts
•Check reports prepared by rental team before submitting to the management
•Solve problems within the department
•Contact and coordinate with the owner who wants to rent out the room
•Make report statements to co-owner acknowledged about room rent less deposit and others
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - English communication
- Good customer service skills
- Experience about the room for rent business will be considered as an advantage
- 35 years old or older
- leadership skills Analysis of Good Communication / Good Attitude
- Good negotiation and people management skills
