- Increase company revenue by sourcing the best pricing value for new parts.
- Develop accurate forecasts of material to match sale trends and seasonal.
- Increase the transaction speed to exchange data for real-time decision making.
Sourcing Strategy
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure quality standards for parts and new products.
- Execute sourcing, negotiation strategy, and category management.
- Perform risk, cost scenarios, pricing analysis, and Market Intelligence updates & trends for each product category.
- Execute purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Execute supplier assessment effectively and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards to aid and improve business performance.
Material Planning
- Develop accurate forecasts of material to match sale trends and seasonal.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to forecast business outlooks.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to penetrate parts dealers and suppliers.
- Development of long-term demand planning strategies to support business growth.
- Propose initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, reduce supply chain costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Inventory Management
- Ensure optimal inventory levels at all branches to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to manage all inventory.
- Analyze inventory performance and recommend adjustments to minimize costs.
Supplier Management
-Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for parts and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, and manage supplier performance, including cost, and quality.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
