- Assist customers with policy inquiries, premium payments, and other service-related activities in person.
- Provide accurate information about insurance products, policy coverage, and basic claims procedures to customers.
- Process policy servicing requests, such as updating customer information and beneficiary details, efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer queries and facilitate the resolution of customer issues.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a face-to-face service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
- Good in computer skill
- Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers
