Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential property owners for Food Locker placements, ensuring strategic locations with high foot traffic.
Lead lease negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
Oversee the full process from property selection to contract signing and installation, coordinating with internal teams.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine property acquisition strategies.
Work closely with landlords, legal, finance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track deployment progress, address challenges, and optimize property performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience from any sales-related industry, especially those experienced in selling to properties (hotels, real estate, etc.).
- Ability to engage and build relationships effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel formulas is required.
- Strong ability to negotiate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Able to communicate in English as the manager is a foreign national
