- Assist customers with a variety of issues related to food delivery, transportation services, and financial services, including emergencies such as accidents. This also includes managing insurance claims for drivers and passengers.
- Analyze customer complaints and feedback, identify the root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions. Follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Provide immediate support during emergency situations, such as accidents or safety-related incidents, ensuring that all parties involved are supported and informed.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and enhance performance, especially in critical or time-sensitive situations.
