continuous learning, professional growth, and employee engagement. Key components of Human Resource
Development include:
- Training and Development : Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to
enhance employees' skills and knowledge.Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in
skills and competencies.
- Onboarding and Orientation : Introducing new hires to the company’s culture, policies, and
procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Succession Planning : Identifying and nurturing potential leaders who can fill key roles in the
future. Ensuring a pipeline of qualified individuals for critical positions within the organization.
- Employee Data and HR Technology : Managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to
ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Employee Relations : Managing employee relations and addressing workplace issues.
Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Handling disciplinary actions
and conflict resolution. Facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Employee Engagement : Implementing initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work
environment.
- Contract-out : Selection and Hiring, Managing the payment process according to the contract
terms.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male/Female
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or relate field (GPA at least 2.70)
- 5-10 years’ experience in HR Field.
- English:TOEIC at least550 point
- Good Microsoft office skills, SAP Success Factor, AI, Team collaboration.
- Work at Rayong
