Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality assurance initiatives for our production lines, including sauce, blending, and repacking of dry condiments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest product quality standards, ensuring compliance with stringent food safety regulations, and executing comprehensive HACCP reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the QA team, promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Quality Monitoring: Conduct routine quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards such as GHP, HACCP, BRC, and FSSC22000.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve quality issues effectively, promptly implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Data-Driven Quality Improvements: Leverage digital tools to analyze process data and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on statistical analysis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food industry, as well as experience with thermal processing (e.g., sauce or retort), is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GHP, HACCP, BRC, and FSSC22000 standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding high-quality standards.
