รายละเอียดงาน
- Source potential candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, Performance and cultural fit.
- Communicate with candidates and provide the necessary information.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Keep relation with Head Hunter, Hiring Manager & Candidate.
- Follow Recruitment Process, rules & Plug in smoothly with 100% (error 0%)
- Generate Weekly & Monthly report
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related functions.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Well verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies.
- Understanding of labor laws and data protection regulations related to recruitment.
- Hybrid Working at Phayathai Plaza (Bts Phayathai) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
