- Schedule and attend meetings with clients to discuss account status and address concerns.
- Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to clients.
- Serve as an expert on our products and services, offering guidance and training as needed.
- Supervise a team of Junior Client Relations personnel.
- Act as an advocate for clients internally, providing feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the client experience.
- Create and maintain documentation on client successes and relevant information.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, support, sales, or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience supervising a team.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning platforms.
- Hybrid Working at Canvas Building (BTS Ploenchit) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
