• Manage and ensure all business and internal activities comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Provide advice or legal opinion to all business units of company to ensure consistent and strict compliance across the organization.
• Coordinate and work closely with business units and relevant regulators to make sure that the company fully comply with relevant rules and regulations.
• Handle registrations of new licenses, corporate changes and prepare reports as required.
• Review and/or propose improvement of company policies including but not limited to letters and notices.
• Conduct monitoring and regulatory compliance review to ensure consistent and strict compliance across the organization.
• Handle corporate matter including company secretary role to manage Board and Shareholders meetings.
• Ensure the company complies with the statutory and other regulatory requirements on corporate matters.
• Analyse legal and compliance risks and provide assessment to the management as relevant.
• Update new laws and conduct training for employees.
• Any other jobs, ad-hoc projects, special projects or assignment by COO.
