รายละเอียดงาน
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions.
- Gather and understand the customers and partners or project requirements, to provide appropriate technical cloud solutions and architecture designs.
- Develop cloud architecture blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to automate and optimize cloud deployment processes.
- Monitor cloud usage and implement strategies to optimize costs and resource utilization.
- Ensure alignment with budget requirements while maintaining performance and scalability.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop plans for data protection and disaster recovery.
Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services (Diagnose, document, report, and resolve system problems).
- Work closely with software engineers, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth cloud integration and deployment.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, sharing insights with the team and contributing to best practices.
- Create and maintain service documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service using a customer-first and continuous improvement mindset.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and storage. Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Experience with containers, container-based applications, and/or container orchestration tools
- Programming and Scripting experience (bash, PowerShell, etc)
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
