รายละเอียดงาน- Perform day-to-day database operation, including support incident
- Assess and develop backup and recovery, including test restores ensuring all databases and associated logs are being backed-up Monitor, evaluate (performance, availability and reliability)
- Develop and improve stored procedures for automated monitoring and proactive intervention, preventing customer impact
- Investigate and coordinate with peers/cross team to perform database root cause analysis and provide a good solution for quick win and long term
- Assume ownership of database related problems; pursue problem resolution and root cause analysis
- Coordinate interaction with vendors in critical database problem situations
- Proactively generates relevant ideas for new and improved use of technology
