รายละเอียดงาน
• Design 2D and 3D models for new projects.
• Support the mold room in solving and improving fabrication process issues.
• Conduct failure analysis on customer feedback issues and provide short-term and long-term plans.
• Review and summarize reports on new model production and qualify tooling to meet quality standards.
• Set and achieve department KPIs and employee KPIs.
• Manage all subordinates to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, sales, delivery, and quality, and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage budget and expense control.
• Implement cost reduction strategies in the Mold Department and negotiate costs with suppliers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in mold design for the hard disk drive, electronics, and plastic injection industries.
- Proficient in using UG NX Design and GstarCAD.
- Good knowledge of CAD/CAM, CNC, EFM, wire cutting, DFM, and FMEA.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
