Work hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-18:30 Sat 10:00 - 15:30
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
2. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide accurate information and support for customer needs.
4. Build and manage lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and buying patterns.
5. Assist in resolving customer issues, providing prompt solutions to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Track customer orders and follow up on leads to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer expectations.
7. Coordinate inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure availability of jewelry and gem pieces as per customer demand.
8. Handle unexpected issues proactively and efficiently, ensuring minimum disruption to customer service or sales operations.
9. Oversee order tracking and manage the fulfillment process, including handling returns or exchanges.
10. Organize and manage all travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and other travel accommodations for staff or customer-related events.
11. Maintain accurate records of expenses and bookings, providing seamless administrative support for travel-related logistics.
12. Support the sales team in preparing for trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings by arranging transport, accommodations, and other requirements.
