- We are looking for a reliable and organized General Administrator to join our team at Solion BMX3. This role is vital in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient management of our office, stock, and logistical needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory and Stock Management
- Monitor and check stock levels for raw materials and finished products.
- Record usage of input materials and quantities of produced output daily.
- Organize and oversee stock storage to maintain efficient and accessible inventory.
2. Logistics and Sample Coordination
- Arrange for the dispatch of sample products to business partners.
- Coordinate logistics paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for logistics inquiries, facilitating clear and efficient communication with partners and vendors.
3. Document Preparation
- Prepare, manage, and file various documents required for operational, logistical, and administrative processes.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management and stakeholders as needed.
4. Office Equipment and Supplies Management
- Oversee the condition and availability of office appliances (computers, printers, etc.), handling purchases, repairs (A/S), and maintenance when necessary.
- Monitor, order, and manage office supplies to ensure the office is always well-stocked.
- Manage safety equipment inventory and ensure it complies with regulatory standards.
Working : Monday-Friday
