Job Description: -Manage and control recruitment activities include sourcing, advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers. -Composing job advertisements in Thai and English and liaising with job advertising websites and classified media including social media recruitment channel. -Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track. -Utilize creative opportunities to raise Company brand in the marketplace. -Build relationship with universities and recruiters to source strong pipeline of talent -Simplify working processes and develop tools to reduce administrative tasks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition and HR (If any)
Knowledgeable in recruitment processes and selection tools.
Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
Connect well with other people, out-going, mature, and trustworthy personality.
Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
