รายละเอียดงาน- Collaborate with the Sales team to initiate a Job Order for specification changes and ensure all requirements are clearly defined.
- Review and verify all received information and requirements for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update necessary documentation and provide stakeholders with accurate information.
- Work closely with ICT and NPD (Access Management) teams to request necessary information and coordinate planning for smooth operations.
- Ensure any customer requirements or changes are communicated promptly to prevent delays or misunderstandings.
- Inform customers of any changes requiring their action and coordinate with them for project scheduling.
- Update relevant parties, including the customer, on project timelines and progress.
- Set operation dates with customers and team members, ensuring calendar reminders are in place to keep the team prepared and organized.
- Store pre/post-operation results, test outcomes, and other relevant data for quality assurance.
- Prepare handover documentation, update the Job Management system, and notify the customer upon project completion.
- Ensure job closure in the Job Management system, attaching any updated diagrams or documentation for accurate records.
- Log installation and service delivery information into a central file for future reference and audit compliance.
