Customer Support:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Mandarin/Cantonese, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and needs in a warm, courteous manner
• Utilize your understanding of Chinese culture and language to build strong rapport with clients, offering an elevated service experience.
• Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction.
Complaint Resolution:
• Listen to and address customer complaints regarding products and services, providing guidance for resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products/ service to offer tailored recommendations and detailed product information.
Sales Support:
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services as appropriate.
Feedback Collection:
• Gather customer feedback to improve services and report issues to management
