This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors: Welcome and direct clients, visitors, and vendors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage phone calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages when necessary.
• Handle inquiries: Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and callers regarding company services, locations, or procedures.
• Appointment scheduling: Manage meeting room bookings and maintain appointment schedules for staff, ensuring all meetings are well-coordinated.
• Assist with events: Support staff in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences when required.
• Ensure security: Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and maintain security protocols as necessary.
