-Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose security solutions that align with business goals.
-Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
-Conduct detailed security assessments and audits to identify risks and recommend solutions.
-Design customized security architectures based on client requirements, focusing on areas such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and data protection.
-Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
-Engage in client meetings to discuss technical aspects of security solutions, answer questions, and address concerns.
-Stay up to date with the latest security products, technologies, and industry trends to advise customers on the best practices and solutions.
-Support post-sales and project management teams during the implementation of security solutions to ensure the successful deployment and integration of products.
-Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for both internal teams and clients on security products and solutions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to leverage the latest security technologies.
