รายละเอียดงานThe receptionist is responsible for supporting general administrative and administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receptionist and GA
• Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
• Operate multiple call telephone and transfer to appropriate party.
• Assist in general office administration such as updating phone directory etc.
• Collect and distribute all incoming mails and courier items.
• Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
• Support general office admin tasks such as internal event, PO issuing etc.
• Settle expenses and reimbursement in a timely manner.
• Provide summary of expenses accrual and reconcile by month, prepare monthly record and report.
• Control & Support Housekeepers.
• Performed the other tasks which are work related, as assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Experiences at least 1 - 2 years in Reception and Admin
- Having knowledge on computer MS Office
- Being able to work under high pressure and able to prioritize workload
- Strong interpersonal skills and service –minded oriented
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in Thai and English
