Channel Management: Ability to build and maintain channel sales strategies, including deal registration, incentives, and partner program administration.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Ability to co-develop sales strategies with partners and drive them toward common revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Customer Lifecycle Management
Take ownership of the customer lifecycle for a defined portfolio, ensuring proactive support and high engagement.
Lead regular strategic check-ins to address complex customer needs.
Proactively manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product features, updates and timelines.
Proactively monitor customer health metrics so as to identify at-risk accounts and preventing churn by promptly addressing customer concerns and needs.
Channel Partner Management:
Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Train and enable partners to effectively sell and deliver the company’s MDR solutions.
Sales Targets & Revenue Growth: Set revenue targets with partners and work collaboratively to achieve growth goals.
Partner Program Development: Build and refine channel partner programs, including incentive structures, deal registration processes, and co-marketing initiatives.
