THE REACH.-, an international creative digital agency, is looking for a Thai-speaking Community Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
We are building innovative marketing strategies for FinTech/Blockchain/IGaming projects and are seeking a passionate individual to become the voice of our community.
Responsibilities:
* Build and develop a strong community around our project (Binary Options Market Top)
* Manage communication in Facebook groups and other social media platforms
* Moderate discussions and create a positive and engaging atmosphere
* Promote organic sales, collect FAQs, and create engaging content
* Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare performance reports

- Community manager
- Thai language native speaker
- 1+ years of experience in community management
- Strong command of Thai and English
- Proven moderation and community management skills
- Experience with chatbots and communication automation (preferred)
- Knowledge of SMM processes (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
