Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
Respond to general inquiries and provide information about the organization, services, and procedures.
-Administrative Support:
Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain and update office supplies inventory and order new items as necessary.
Assist with preparing and distributing mail and packages.
-Front Desk Operations:
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the front desk and waiting area.
Ensure all required materials, such as brochures, forms, and information packets, are available for visitors.
Monitor and manage the visitor check-in process using office systems or logs.
