รายละเอียดงาน**Job Overview**
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the company’s products and services meets internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This position will work closely with various departments to implement the quality management system and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and product compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Establishing and maintaining the quality management system
2. Overseeing quality control during the production process to ensure products meet design and customer requirements.
3. Acting as the quality liaison between customers and the company, handling customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
4. Leading other project tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering, quality management, chemistry, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience in quality management, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (such as ISO, QC tools, statistical process control, etc.).
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and communication skills, capable of driving cross-departmental collaboration.
- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
