รายละเอียดงานPayroll Management:
• Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Verify employee attendance, work hours, pay adjustments, and process deductions (taxes, social security, etc.).
• Resolve payroll-related queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and submit required tax filings, social security contributions, and other regulatory reports.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular market surveys to benchmark salaries and benefits, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Participate in job evaluation and grading processes to establish competitive pay structures.
• Collaborate with HR and management to provide recommendations for compensation and benefits adjustments that attract and retain top talent.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Training & Development:
• Develop and execute training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth (onboarding, compliance training, soft skills, etc.).
• Conduct training needs analysis and design training plans in collaboration with department heads.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning opportunities.
• Track and report on training participation, effectiveness, and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage training budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective solutions and program delivery.
