รายละเอียดงาน1. To handle and control the performance of the following QA/QC department (All processes since
supplier / Outsource till customer) achieve the company's targets.
2. To provide continuous improvement to achieve company objectives.
3. To cooperate and coordinate with the managements regarding analyzing, planning and setting
objectives and strategies according to the company's policies.
4. To management in QA/QC to achieve as target follow as company's policy for inspection plan's
improvement both working process and manpower.
5. Identifying and developing project to improve operational efficiency and quality.
6. Performing to control any assign job the kind to QA/QC such as incoming, In-Process, Out going
and etc. (Quality level of supplier & Customer).
7. To analyze the customer complaints and evaluate the feedback for the purpose of improvement
and customer satisfaction.
8. To ensure good customer relationship and to make sure that all customer requirement are
satisfied with quick and effective response.
9. To investigation vendor and supplier quality issues
10. To perform work in conformance with Quality systems and Environmental system
ISO/IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.
11. Implementing and maintaining all quality control procedures from the incoming inspection of
material to the in-process control in production, until the final control of finished goods before shipment to the customer by the company’s quality control standards.
12. Providing training to the Quality Auditors about quality control procedures.
13. Recommending improvements to processes and/or quality control procedures to improve
quality and follow up on internal company audits
