รายละเอียดงาน-Plan and manage our social media recruitment initiatives, create and post job ads on designated social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Line, Job Website, Company Website etc.), identify the most promising leads, reach out to prospective candidates, and assess applicants who enter our hiring funnel
-Conduct full-cycle recruitment: draft job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage job offers.
-Engage with potential candidates via social media and other platforms to build a strong employer brand.
-Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
-Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
-Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
-Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- New Graduated are welcome
- Recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Good communication in English both Verbal and Writing
- Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Line
