· Take charge of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the department and other staff as needed.
· Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to streamline operations.
· Serve as a key point of contact for administrative support, balancing both executive assistance and TFM responsibilities.
