รายละเอียดงาน•Coordinating within the company's internal team or external parties for meetings, scheduling, traveling, or other business coordination by answering phones, and replying to emails.
•Audio typing for meeting minutes
•Produce accurate related documents and develop and maintain a documentation system within the company through tools i.e., Notion, Google Drive, and Google workspace for good internal governance.
•Support and facilitate the People and Workplace,Clinic and Operation teams assigned.
•Welcome customers in Ooca clinic and contact relevant staff members to greet and invite such customers over to a more relevant place.
•Respond effectively and politely to enquiries and concerns from customers and visitors.
•Help prepare materials whenever working off-site, i.e., company exhibitions (1-2 times per quarter)
•Manage team calendar and some other schedule arrangements.
•Manage team reimbursement by keeping track of expenses and purchase receipts and etc.
•Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
•Provide other administrative support as needed.
•Keep tidy of the office assets, and documents in the physical office space (~ 5 sq.m), we have a maid, but things need to be organized.
