Responsibilities:
- Implement and work for safety management system.
- Monitor and follow up the result of incident investigation.
- Conduct inspection or audit regarding contractor problem, coordinate resolving items, and improvement.
- Review, and update safety procedure, and relevant documents to align with ISO14001 and ISO 45001.
- Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes.
- Prepare annual emergency response drill, security system and relevant the reports.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors or leaders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in safety role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Having experience in automotive business or vehicle parts manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Certification and registration to occupational health & safety officer, internal auditor for ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
- Good in analytical, problem solving, decision making, coordination, and interpersonal.
- Accurate communication and strong leadership skills.
- Good command in English or Chinese would be advantage.
