•Responsible for all IT related issues in Phatara 8 and its subsidiary companies
•monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
•Provide technical support for MS365, Google Workspace, Network Infrastructure and basic issues.
•Support events on-site, including weekends (when needed), ensuring operations of IT services.
•Troubleshoot WAN, LAN, Security, Wireless, IP-PBX.
•Maintain IT documentation, IT assets Inventory, license management, and other IT supplies.
•Manage and Maintain Virtualization of Hyper-V and VMWare, knowledge of current network infrastructure, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Firewall, Bandwidth Management, VPN.
•Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
•Responsibility of effectively dealing with the day to day IT and related administrative operational issues
•Providing general support to users on the available ICT systems and administrative related processes.
•Promptly handle assigned issues and tasks through internal systems.
•Perform basic office support functions when not supporting the ICT team.
•Carry out ad-hoc daily and weekly
•Act as the local IT Systems Officer, providing support enquiries from users; providing IT support to users at post
•Undertaking regular preventive ICT maintenance to official equipment;
•Undertaking regular and ad hoc approved upgrades to the system;
