The Regional Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing quality management activities within the region to ensure that products and processes meet company and customer quality standards. This role coordinates quality improvement initiatives across departments and regions, driving continuous optimization of quality management systems to enhance customer satisfaction and the company’s competitive advantage.

監督日常質量管理活動,包括產品檢驗、供應商質量管理及品質保證。
協調跨單位的質量改進計劃,推動流程優化及卓越運營。
與工程及供應鏈等部門合作,解決質量問題並推動改善措施。
執行質量審核、風險評估和預防措施,以有效控制質量風險。
提供培訓,提升團隊在質量管理方面的專業能力。
分析質量數據並編寫報告,以支持決策制定並提升產品一致性和可靠性。
Develop and implement regional quality management strategies to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
Oversee daily quality management activities, including product inspections, supplier quality management, and quality assurance.
Coordinate cross-unit quality improvement initiatives to drive process optimization and operational excellence.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement improvement measures.
Conduct quality audits, risk assessments, and preventive measures to effectively control quality risks.
Provide training to enhance the team’s expertise in quality management.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports to support decision-making and improve product consistency and reliability.
