5. Prepare and present business development reports to executives to support decision making.
6. Oversee negotiations on business terms and contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
7. Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of business development plans to refine strategies.
8. Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to capture regional market opportunities.
9. Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned by senior management, ensuring all objectives are met.
10. Supports in implementing the client relationships internal communications plan to promote the regional initiatives, working with the Graphic Design team as required.
11. Formulate and implement sales strategies, focusing on both direct and partnership sales to develop a solid market presence.
12. Build and formalize sales guidelines and frameworks specific to the Thai market, ensuring processes are streamlined for market entry.
13. Report sales results, analyze performance metrics, and deliver insights on market trends to leadership.
14. Develop and expand the Commercial and Enterprise market in upcountry regions to ensure sustainable growth.
15. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the face of the company in the region.
16. Respond quickly to market changes, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in developing solutions that drive success.
17. Manage all online platforms for marketing communications and oversee digital marketing for all brands under the company.
