- Proven experience as an HR development specialist, training specialist, or similar role at least 2 years in manufacturing field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Strong experience as recruitment function.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness.
- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team effectively.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, analyst, and communication skills.
