รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards and cost objectives.
2. Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production operations.
5. Plan the preparation of machinery when an order for production must be increased to support increased sales.
6. Identify areas for improvement within the production process and lead initiatives for increased efficiency and cost savings.
7. Implement Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize production processes.
8. Drive automation and technology upgrades where appropriate to enhance productivity.
9. Manage the environment within the department in accordance with environmental regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Coating Industry, Chemical Industry, or related field.
- At least 8 years in Production Management Level.
- Strong knowledge in process manufacturing.
- Enthusiastic, Initiative, and be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Good knowledge of computer software e.g. MS Office, SAP, etc.
