Responsibilities:
•Develop training Program in the Learning Management System (LMS)
•Co-ordinate and evaluate performance through the Performance Management System (PMS)
•Design and apply Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Competency frameworks to enhance employee development
•Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and HR-related metrics
•Perform other HRD-related tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or something similar.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on JD development and competency frameworks. Experience in employee engagement, training, and event hosting.
- A natural event planner, with great ideas for employee engagement and training.
- A fantastic speaker and presenter who can connect with an audience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
