- Motivating and coaching team members.
- Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines.
- Managing day-to-day line activities and ensuring training and development plans are maintained for all team members.

Experience in team management and coaching.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
