Job descriptions:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SOP regulations and monitor store service
practices to maintain operational standards.
- Review and assess internal controls surrounding store operations, security, and safety measures to
ensure effectiveness and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and escalate reports on audit findings, offering recommendations to management on
significant operational issues.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct audits, providing a comprehensive assessment of retail management
systems and recommending changes when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up sessions with store PICs (Persons in Charge) to ensure corrective actions are
taken and audit findings are resolved.
Remark: The company will conduct a criminal background check before considering hiring for this position.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to drive and travel in long distance and enjoy travelling across country
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail to identify potential issues and improvement areas
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with store personnel and management
- Ability to critically assess and improve store operations, security, and customer service standards
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other tool for presentation
- Familiarity with SOP compliance, risk assessment, and internal controls
