รายละเอียดงาน- Develop category plan that seizes opportunities in product innovation, pricing strategy, competitive activities, customer channel specific needs (e.g. convenience store format.)
- Manage P&L and marketing expenses within agreed budgets.
- Develop and implement 6-12 month portfolio roadmap including product range & quality, brand build, value delivery for consumers, pricing & affordability, range extension.
- Represent consumer (insights), brand strategy and product quality requirements for the crossfunctional team.
- Develop and lead implementation of activation platforms and ideas based on the brand vision plan.
- Work with communication team to ensure single minded communication message is created in line with the brand building communication plan, consistent with category needs.
- Work with communication teams and agencies for creating and executing marketing campaigns and activations.
- Translate marketing and category plan into a business framework and optimise commercial opportunities.
